While Gemini’s eSIM support is very limited so far, one of their PDA models contains an embedded eSIM chip:

The eSIM allows this Gemini PDA to provision and store cellular plan profiles digitally without needing a physical SIM card.
Key benefits of eSIM capability in the Gemini PDA includes:
- Downloading and activating plans over-the-air, no SIM card required
- Seamlessly switching between multiple data profiles
- Improved security and convenience with embedded eSIM
For users, having eSIM on the Gemini PDA enables:
- Adding local carrier eSIM profiles when traveling to avoid roaming fees
- Quickly setting up temporary cellular service without locating a store

As eSIM adoption increases, we may see more Gemini models add support. But for now eSIM capability is limited to just the Gemini PDA.
