An eSIM is an embedded SIM card that allows you to use a mobile plan without a physical SIM card.
To set up eSIM on Huawei Watch 2, you need to have a compatible phone and a carrier that supports eSIM service. Follow these steps:
- Install the Wear OS and Huawei Wear apps on your phone and pair your phone with your watch via Bluetooth.
- Contact your carrier and request a QR code for eSIM activation. You may need to provide your watch’s eSIM ID (EID), which you can find in Settings > About > Show EID on your watch.
- On your phone, open the Huawei Wear app and tap the + icon in the upper right corner. Select Add eSIM device and scan the QR code provided by your carrier.
- Follow the instructions on your phone and watch to complete the activation process.
